HENDERSON, Nev. (Dec. 19, 2023) – The City of Henderson will open its judicial candidate filing period on Tuesday, Jan. 2 and remain open until Friday, Jan. 12, for the upcoming 2024 Henderson municipal elections. 

This filing period is for the position of Municipal Court Judge, Dept. 3. The filing period for non-judicial positions will open at a later date.

To accommodate candidate filing, the Office of the City Clerk will extend its operating hours to include Fridays. Candidates seeking to file must do so by completing the required filing packet at cityofhenderson.com/elections and scheduling an in-person appointment at the Office of the City Clerk inside Henderson City Hall Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Henderson’s primary election is Tuesday, June 11, with the general election on Tuesday, Nov. 5.
