The following applications and guidelines pertain to the Community Development Division of the DSC. Visit the Application Forms page for all Community Development applications and guidelines.

You have the option to either print and complete these forms by hand or fill them out online and then print them. By filling them out online, you will ensure that the forms are legible and easily read. These forms will need to be submitted in person at the Community Development counter in the Development Services Center. Forms are periodically revised. Please make sure you have the most current version when submitting an application to the Community Development Department.

Boundary Line Adjustment
A boundary line adjustment map is required, per approval of the City Surveyor, to transfer a portion of one parcel of land to the adjoining parcel.
Certificate of Amendment Application
A certificate of amendment is required, per approval of the City Surveyor, for minor corrections to recorded maps.
Conservation Ordinance Acknowledgment Form

Early Addressing
Early addressing is required to pull building permits for model homes, retaining walls and perimeter walls prior to the recordation of a final map or parcel map.
Final Map & 3-2-1 Checklist
Final Maps are required when dividing property into more than four parcels or when creating commercial subdivisions.
Landscape Permit
The landscape permit is required for those landscape plans that are not part of a building permit submittal.
