The East Henderson Investment Strategy (EHIS) was approved by City Council on June 16, 2020. The document seeks to identify and guide projects that serve East Henderson residents and businesses by advancing the EHIS' goals and strategies.

The EHIS is an implementation item of the City's Strategic Plan and the Henderson Strong Comprehensive Plan. It also updates the Eastside Investment Strategy and the Boulder Highway Investment Strategy. 

This document provides a shared vision for the Community Development and Services Department and the Redevelopment Agency that will guide investment and priorities in East Henderson for the next 15-20 years. Successful implementation of the EHIS will require enhanced partnerships and coordinated efforts of many individuals, departments, and organizations.
