Karina Milani is an award-winning, strategic communication and marketing professional. She has worked for the City of Henderson for over 20 years, and her experience connect the dots between brand, marketing and communications to drive business objectives.

Karina’s prior experience includes decades of marketing communications experience in the private sector at Fortune 500 companies American Airlines and Merrill Lynch, including more than 20 years with the City of Henderson.

Karina began her career with the City of Henderson in 1997, working for the Henderson Police Department and later promoted to a Marketing and PR Manager with the City’s Cultural Arts & Tourism Department.

She has previously served as the Vice President of the Las Vegas Public Relations Society of America. She believes that life-long learning is a powerful catalyst for professional success.

Under her leadership she initiated the City’s first rebranding effort in over 30 years.
