The Audit Committee assists the City Council in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities for the system of internal controls, the audit process, and the process for monitoring compliance with laws and regulations.

Meetings are held at City Hall, in the Mayor and Council Board Room, 240 S. Water Street.

Meeting agendas and minutes are available online. The Henderson Audit Committee agenda is prepared prior to each meeting and lists all items to be discussed at the meeting.
