Many interactive services are available for use by customers. Most require your permit type (a four character code) and your permit number (10 digit number) to access. This information is available on your permit, receipt, plan review correction letter, or elsewhere.

Some of the most frequently used online services for Building and Fire Safety permits/plans are:

• Schedule a Building Inspection
• Schedule a Fire Inspection
• Pay an Invoice
• Estimate your Permit Fees
• Register as a Subcontractor
• Register as a QAA

Using our customer portal, DSC Online, you can track, review and print the following:

• Current plan review status
• Name of plan reviewer
• List of standard inspections for your permit
• Inspection results
• Related documents such as permits, plan review correction letters, special inspection agreements, certificates, etc.
• Conditions of approval

You can also pay invoices, schedule inspections, and apply for new permits/plans.
