The City of Henderson is a full service city, offering police, fire, ambulance, water and sewer services. As a new resident, you may need the following information about water and sewer service.

Establishing a New Account

The Department of Utility Services at the City provides water and sewer services to residents and businesses of Henderson.

To acquire service, stop by our office at the above location and complete the necessary forms or call our Customer Care Center at 702-267-5900 for details. The office is open Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 5:30pm. When requesting service, a deposit may be required.

Trash Service Required

Per Henderson Municipal Code 5.17.220, it is mandatory to utilize and pay for solid waste (trash) collection at any premises located in the City that is connected to water service.
