The City of Henderson annually conducts a formal Veterans Day Ceremony at the Veterans Memorial Wall on a Saturday preceding Veterans Day (November 11). This ceremony pays tribute to Henderson Veterans and the sacrifices they have made to protect the freedoms we cherish.

In order for a Veteran’s name to be included on an appropriate panel of the Wall, the Veteran’s name and the documentation required for eligibility verification must be submitted to the City by September 25 of each year, allowing time for evaluation, approval and the engraving of names on Wall panels prior to the annual Veterans Day Ceremony.
