Team Registration

Team registration for all adult leagues and city tournaments must be made in person at the Sports office, located at the Arroyo Grande Sports Complex, 298 Arroyo Grande Blvd. (behind the adult softball fields).

Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be aware that no spots will be held over the phone. We cannot hold checks or cash for any reason, so please have your sponsor’s check when registering.

If you don't want to register in person, online registration is available to current teams in good standing with existing RecTrac (online registration) accounts.

Softball

We offer a variety of softball leagues. All leagues are doubleheaders and are played at Arroyo Grande Sports Complex, Russell Road Recreation Complex and Anthem Hills Park.

Basketball

The adult basketball program offers a 14-game season and an end-of-season tournament. The league plays on weekday evenings and offers recreation and competitive leagues.

Flag Football

The adult flag football program offers a seven-game season with games played on Sundays.

Soccer

The adult co-rec and men's 7-on-7 soccer league offers a seven-game season played on Sunday afternoons.

Pickleball

Pickleball is a fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong.

Volleyball

The adult volleyball program offers a seven-week regular season with a single-elimination playoff for men's, women's and co-rec teams. 

Floor and Roller Hockey

Floor hockey is 5-on-5 play and roller hockey is 4-on-4. with both leagues playing the on the same night at the same location. 

Cornhole

Recreational league for ages 21 and over offering open and co-rec divisions.
