Online Training Opportunities

Online Submittal

To submit Building & Fire Permits, Civil plans, Drainage Studies, and Traffic Studies online, please follow the Online Application Instruction Guide.

To submit an application for Final Maps or Parcel Maps, please follow the Online Map Application Guide.

Resubmittal, Revisions and Deferred Submittals

Resubmittal

When resubmitting documents for review, please upload them directly to your permit/plan through the DSC Online Portal. On the Details page of your permit/plan, click the Attachments tab and utilize the blue (+) boxes to choose the files you are wanting to resubmit. Our DSC Records team will receive a notification that you have uploaded new files for review.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Resubmitted files must contain the entire plan, including the pages that you have revised/corrected, and not just the revised/corrected pages. A detailed narrative must accompany your resubmit. An uploaded resubmittal that does not meet theses requirements will be rejected.

Revisions/Deferred Submittals

When resubmitting documents for revision or deferred submittal of an already issued permit, please upload the documents directly to your permit through the DSC Online Portal. On the Details page of your permit/plan, click the Attachments tab and utilize the blue (+) boxes to choose the files you are wanting to submit as a revision or deferred submittal. Our DSC Records team will receive a notification that you have uploaded new files for review.

IMPORTANT NOTE: A detailed narrative must accompany your revision. An upload without a detailed narrative will be rejected. Documents submitted for revisions or a deferred submittal should only be the pages that are being revised and not the entire plan.

Refund Requests can be made here. Please fill out the DocuSign PowerForm. Receipt of funds can take up to 14 days from the completed DocuSign, including approvals.
