The City of Henderson Self-Funded Health Insurance Committee agenda is prepared prior to each meeting and lists all items to be discussed at the meeting. The committee typically meets the third Wednesday of each month at 1:00pm at City Hall, located at 240 S. Water St., however, meeting dates, times and meeting rooms may vary. The Committee is required to meet at least quarterly or on a more frequent basis at the discretion of the Committee Chair. The purpose of the committee is to administer the City of Henderson Self-Funded Health Insurance Plan (the plan) adopted by the City Council and made effective July 1, 1992. Committee members act as fiduciaries for the Plan and always work in the best interests of the beneficiaries (employees and their families) of the plan. See the link below to view committee by-laws.

Agendas are posted at least three working days prior to the Committee meetings at City Hall, 240 S. Water St., 1st Floor Lobbies.
