Adoption Application

The downloadable Preliminary Adoption Application for Henderson Animal Care and Control Facility can be filled out and brought with you, or filled out at the shelter. If you are renting your place of residence, your landlord's information will be required on the form for us to verify if you are allowed to have this type of pet at your residence.

We will still reserve the right to conduct yard checks, and also reserve the right to deny any adoption if we feel it is not in the best interest of the pet.

If you would like to inquire if the animals pictured on our Facebook page or on related links are still available, please call the Henderson Animal Control at 702-267-4970. Be sure to have the animal's ID number ready.

There are many animals available for adoption so please call or come visit us Monday - Saturday from 9:00am until 4:30pm. Adoptions are finalized by 4:30pm. We are closed on Sundays and government recognized holidays.
