Businesses applying for a City of Henderson business license must complete the appropriate business registration form based on their business activities, as well as required state and supplemental documentation. Most businesses can either apply online or by using the Privileged or Non-Privileged business license application packets. Door-to-Door Solicitors/Peddlers and Non-Profit Organizations have their own application packets.

Privileged Business Licenses

Privileged business licenses issued by the City of Henderson must go before Henderson City Council for approval. All businesses applying for a Privileged City of Henderson Business License must complete all required documentation, background checks and pay applicable fees prior to being placed on agenda with Henderson City Council.

Non-Privileged Business Licenses

Non-Privileged business licenses issued by City of Henderson do not require background checks and are generally approved once all documentation, fees and inspections have been performed.
