Special Event Medical Services Providers may notify the City of Henderson Fire Department of a special event, in accordance with HMC 4.80.355 Ambulance services—Pre-notification of special event, by completing the Special Event Notification Form.

Please note that if you are requesting the Henderson Fire Department to attend your event, you may do so by submitting a Contact Henderson case.
