The Redevelopment Advisory Commission (RAC) is comprised of seven members; appointments to the Commission are made by the City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency Board. The current members are Chairman Ronald Leavitt, Laura Jane Spina, Mark McGinty, Richard Serfas, Emily Lewis, Maria Bailey and Chet Opheikens. The RAC meets monthly to formulate recommendations to the City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency Board (RDA) on issues or programs relating to the five redevelopment areas: Cornerstone, Downtown, Eastside, Lakemoor Canyon and Tuscany. The duties of the Advisory Commission include, but are not limited to: promotion and support of redevelopment area implementation plans, and to provide community input and formulate recommendations to the Redevelopment Agency. The RAC meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 4:00 pm in the City Hall Annex Conference Room.

The Redevelopment Advisory Commission (RAC) agenda is prepared prior to each meeting, and lists all items to be discussed at the meeting. All items are action items unless otherwise indicated. In accordance with Nevada Open Meeting Law, RAC agendas are posted at least three working days prior to meetings at the following locations:
