This team provides telephone, network, server, and email services. It is responsible for related equipment, installation, repairs, and storage management. What’s more, it identifies, interprets, and evaluates the City’s network hardware and software requirements. This group also monitors the network to ensure system availability and performance, which is a “behind-the-scenes” function that is critical in maintaining City operations. The mission of this team is to supply seamless network connectivity and continuous up time to the employee and citizen community.
