Effective January 1, 2022, persons charged with misdemeanor Battery Constituting Domestic Violence are entitled to a jury trial per Nevada law.

As a result, a person living in Clark County may now be summoned to serve as a juror for any municipal court in Clark County, even if they don’t live in the same city where the municipal court is located. 

If you received a jury summons to report to the Henderson Municipal Court, please follow the instructions on your jury summons.
