The Fee Estimator is only a planning tool. As such it does not provide calculations for all the fees applicable to every permit. It is made available to the general public and specifically project owners, design professionals and contractors as a guide to some of the permit fees charged and is solely intended to assist you with project cost planning. The results of the fee calculations should not be relied upon as the final amount of fees assessed for a particular project. The actual fees required for a project are determined and calculated by the City of Henderson Development Services Center at the time the project is submitted for review and based on the then applicable fee schedule approved by the Henderson City Council.
