The adult men's and co-rec soccer 7 v. 7 program offers a regular season and a playoff with games played on Sunday afternoons and evenings at Heritage Park, 350 E. Racetrack Rd. and Capriola Park, 2155 Via Firenze.

All teams are required to have matching uniforms with numbers on the front and back. Teams may declare their color in advance when registering. The field is shorter and narrower than a standard soccer field to allow for the smaller team size.

The moms and ladies league is a no pressure, competitive league for those who want to get back into the game and have fun. The program offers a seven-week regular season with games played on Sunday evenings at Heritage Park.
