HENDERSON, Nev. (Nov. 30, 2023) – Starting Monday, Dec. 4, the City of Henderson will offer scheduled appointments for passport services, in addition to walk-in availability. 

For an enhanced customer experience, residents can schedule appointments between 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. Monday through Thursday with walk-in availability between noon and 3:30 p.m.

Passport services are available at Henderson City Hall on the first floor. Residents are asked to use the Basic Road entrance. Those seeking passports are encouraged to visit cityofhenderson.com/passports prior to visiting City Hall to schedule an appointment and determine what documents and payments are needed or to see if their passport service needs can be fulfilled online.
