Officers arrived on scene and contacted a 62-year-old male who advised he had been battered by three (3) males unknown to him.  The victim sustained minor injuries as a result and a police report was taken at that time.

At approximately 11:20p.m., officers responded back to the 1400 block of North Boulder Highway location to a report of the same victim being again battered by three (3) males.  The victim had been left lying on the ground outside the business’ doors bleeding.  The suspects fled the scene in an unknown vehicle.

Both Floyd and Stephon Epps were later located, taken into custody, and booked into the Henderson Detention Center on the following charge:  1 count of Open Murder.

Their booking photos are attached.

The investigation is still active and ongoing.
