Henderson Police Arrest Suspect in Homicide Investigation

Henderson, Nev. – On February 23, 2020, at approximately 08:58 a.m., Henderson Police and Fire Departments, responded to the 800 block of Coronado Center Drive in reference to a 25-year-old female, later identified as Tiffany Slatsky, who was not conscious and not breathing. 

Arriving responders attempted life saving measures and transported Tiffany to a local area hospital, where she was later pronounced deceased.   

A joint investigation between the Henderson Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Las Vegas District Office identified the suspect responsible for the death of Slatsky to be 33-year-old Christopher Candito. 

On June 30, 2021, a warrant for the arrest of Candito was submitted for the charges of Murder and Burglary. 

On July 7, 2021, Condito was taken into custody and booked into the Henderson Detention Center on the above charges.

As this is an open investigation, no further details will be released at this time.

This is being investigated as the fourteenth homicide for the City of Henderson for 2020.
