HENDERSON, Nev. (April 17, 2024) – Answer the call to join the Henderson Fire Department! Applications are open until May 20 for firefighters and firefighter-paramedics to be accepted into the October 2024 Henderson Fire Academy. 

The Henderson Fire Department offers ample benefits and training opportunities with specialty teams, including HAZMAT, TRT, and more.

There are 12 fire stations within HFD’s jurisdiction, with a 13th station planned in West Henderson. In 2023, HFD responded to 42,184 calls for service.
