Henderson’s newest officers to uphold police department’s mission of excellence and service.
WHAT: The Henderson Police Department is graduating 14 new officers to its force on Thursday, March 21st, at The M Resort Spa & Casino.
The growth of the Henderson Police Department through recruitment will further its mission of providing excellence in safety and service to its community through prompt response times, increased community policing, and maintaining its recognition as one of the safest cities in the Nation.
“We are excited to welcome 12 new officers and 2 new corrections officers to the ranks of the Henderson Police Department. We are proud of and thank these new officers for their courage and commitment to serve and protect our community and its citizens.” said Henderson Police Chief Hollie Chadwick.
During the ceremony, the Henderson Police Department Honor Guard will provide the Presentation of Colors, followed by remarks from Henderson Police Chief Hollie Chadwick. Henderson City Clerk Louie Valdez will administer the Oath of Office.
