Businesses in Clark County must obtain a license to do business in the jurisdiction of their business establishment address. Businesses wishing to do business in multiple jurisdictions may then apply for licenses in additional jurisdictions. The below steps are a guide to proper licensing:

• Register your business with State of Nevada through SilverFlume
• Apply for a business license through your home jurisdiction (Henderson interactive boundary map)
• Apply through additional jurisdictions where you would like to conduct business
