Henderson To Host Meet and Greet With “Narwhal and Jelly” Book Series Author Ben Clanton

WHAT: Step into the world of literature and meet author Ben Clanton on Wednesday, Oct. 4 at Paseo Verde Library at 6 p.m.

Clanton is best known for his “Narwhal and Jelly” series, and his fifth book, “Happy Narwhalidays,” is a New York Times Best Seller.

A free live-reading and book-signing will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 4 at Paseo Verde Library, where City of Henderson Mayor Michelle Romero will be a featured speaker.

Prior to the final event, Clanton will be visiting Henderson schools during the week to discuss writing and illustrating with students.

This event is held in partnership with City of Henderson, Henderson Libraries, Clark County School District, and APPLE Partnership. The APPLE Partnership is comprised of parents, teachers, principals and city representatives that actively work to bring community resources to schools, teachers and parents to proactively help families support their child's literacy journey.
