Henderson Police Release Name of Officer Involved in Officer-Involved Shooting

Henderson, - Nev. The officer involved in the January 11th, 2021 officer-involved shooting, occurring in the 1000 block of Stufflebeam Avenue, has been identified as Officer Eduardo Vega.
Officer Vega has been employed with the City of Henderson Police Department since January 2016 and is assigned to the Field Operations Bureau.
Officer Vega remains on paid administrative leave.
This is the first officer-involved shooting for 2021.
