The deadline for the City to receive comments in response to the notice published in the Las Vegas Review-Journal and notices emailed by the City was 5:00 pm Pacific time on Monday, September 19, 2022. City staff used the responses received by the deadline to prepare a Business Impact Statement that was presented to Henderson City Council at its October 4, 2022 regular meeting. City Council approved the changes to HMC 14.18.045 - West Henderson Phase 1 Water Backbone Infrastructure Rates at its October 18, 2022 regular meeting through agenda item no. 39.
