We are thrilled to announce we are now a charter school sponsor!

 

As Quality Education is a strategic priority for the City, we are working directly with charter school operators to support high quality educational opportunities in our community.

Sponsoring charter schools allows the City more influence over the types of public charter schools that are opened and operated in Henderson. Now, families in our community will have more choices on where to send their children to obtain a quality education.

We look forward to working with our local charter schools beginning in the 2025-26 school year. This partnership will enable us to better support and engage with these schools and, ultimately, better serve our residents, parents, teachers, and students.
