    City of Henderson Outdoor Recreation offers a variety of classes, outdoor adventures and special events to help you get outside to play, learn, and explore. Put on your favorite pair of active shoes to go visit our trailsBird Viewing Preserve, and parks with open grass areas, playgrounds, dog parks, skate parks, and splash pads, lighted sports areas, and more.

    BIG THREE Basketball Showdown

    Do you think you have what it takes for your squad to win?

    Join us for a 3-on-3 basketball tournament highlighting the best basketball teams in the Vegas valley. Each team will compete in a 3-game guarantee tournament which includes prizes for winners. The rapid-style play consists of 10-minute games in a winner take all format. Register your team of up to five players by August 14.

    Lace ‘em up, bring your game not your name!

    • All ages are welcome as spectators. Admission to watch the tournament is FREE.
    • A FREE clinic will also take place during the event for children up to age 13.
