Rock Wall Summer Classes

Location: Henderson Multigenerational Center, 250 S. Green Valley Pkwy. (at Paseo Verde Pkwy.) 
 
Cost: $63
 
Description: Learn how to rock climb and enjoy a great workout! Topics covered include rock climbing knots and techniques, strength building, games, and races. Registration includes harnesses and helmets.

Requirements:
  • Closed toe and heel footwear
  • Patrons must weigh between 48 and 300 lbs.
  • A parent or guardian must be present for participants under 12

City Self-Funded Health Plan Representative Onsite

Assistance with City Self Funded Health Plan and Sierra Healthcare Options Dental Claims

No appointment necessary.  If you have a specific question on a claim, please bring your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) form.  If you don't have an EOB, please bring the date of service and name of the provider.
 
A UMR representative will be scheduled for onsite visits every second Wednesday of every month to answer questions regarding your medical and dental claims.  UMR is responsible for processing and paying health claims based on the Self-Funded Plan guidelines. 

If you're not able to make the Wednesday meeting and you have questions regarding claims you may email paulette.newkirk@umr.com or contact the UMR customer service line at 1-800-884-0793. Additionally, the Benefits team can assist  at 267-1944 or 267-1976 or 267-1979.
