Rock Wall Summer Classes

Location: Henderson Multigenerational Center, 250 S. Green Valley Pkwy. (at Paseo Verde Pkwy.)

Description: Learn how to rock climb and enjoy a great workout! Topics covered include rock climbing knots and techniques, strength building, games, and races. Registration includes harnesses and helmets.

Requirements:
  • Closed toe and heel footwear
  • Patrons must weigh between 48 and 300 lbs.
  • A parent or guardian must be present for participants under 12

Indoor Yard Sale

Selling gently used items is a great incentive to clean out your closets and earn extra money; or beat the heat and bring a friend to hunt for hidden treasures in an air-conditioned venue. Registration includes one six-foot table and one chair in the multipurpose room and is assigned randomly. Booth registration is required at least one week in advance and only second-hand items may be sold. All items are sold as is by the seller. The sale starts at 7am. All ages are welcome to shop. Admission is free for all ages.
