Henderson, Nev. – (June 1, 2022) The Henderson police officers involved in the May 30th, 2022 officer-involved shooting, occurring in the area of the 100 block of Metropolitan Drive, have been identified as Officer James Brown and Officer Cody Obergh.

Officer Brown has been employed with the City of Henderson Police Department since July of 2021.

Officer Obergh has been employed with the City of Henderson Police Department since December of 2017.

Involved officers are currently assigned to the East Patrol Division, Field Services Bureau and have both been placed on paid administrative leave

This is the first officer-involved shooting for 2022.
